About JAYDA FARMS
A poultry business built on records, not luck.
JAYDA FARMS is a layer poultry operation in Duayaw Nkwanta, in Ghana's Ahafo Region. Since 2023 we have grown from a first flock into a working farm that supplies fresh table eggs, healthy spent layers and farm manure to homes, shops and traders across the area.
Every house on the farm is kept on a daily record: birds, feed, water, health and eggs. It is how we catch problems early, keep quality steady, and make sure a customer who orders ten trays receives ten trays of the same good eggs — every time.

How the farm is run.

Flock & bird health
Each flock keeps its own daily record — mortality, condition and behaviour watched every morning, so a problem is caught the same day it appears.

Feed & water management
Quality layer feed is bought in, stored clean and measured out; fresh water is checked daily. Feed stock is counted, never guessed.
- 03
Collection & grading
Eggs are collected daily, checked and graded, then trayed in thirties. Cracked and faulty eggs are pulled out before any tray leaves the farm.

Hygiene & biosecurity
Clean deep-litter houses, controlled entry and routine cleaning keep disease pressure low and birds comfortable — the quiet reason behind steady quality.
